Saturday & Monday Deliveries ~ No Extra Charge!
Saturday and Monday deliveries are available at no additional charge. Please remember that delivery companies only guarantee a Saturday delivery by the end of the day and don’t allow us to specify a certain time. Usually the delivery time on Saturday is completed by 5 pm.
Standard & Priority Overnight Delivery
All of our roses are shipped overnight for next day delivery or are hand delivered by a local florist. Our roses are not picked up until 4 pm Eastern time. This insures your roses and rose petals will always arrive fresh and hydrated. This greatly reduces the total amount of travel time for your roses. We ship to all 50 states throughout America. We do not ship to Puerto Rico.
Conditions and Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience with
SendDozenRoses.com! If for any reason you are not satisfied
with your purchase call us immediately. We will do our best to make
you happy and a repeat customer! Our guarantee is void if delivery
delay is due to a bad address provided by sender. SendDozenRoses.com
has no liability in these cases.
You must call for all replacement request and refund request within 24 hours of delivery, no exceptions. Please send photo of damaged roses to senddozenroses AT gmail.com.
We can also offer discounts on future orders or prorate damage if just a bud or
two is damaged. Time limit not applicable to special event and bulk orders of six
dozen roses or more and also rose petals. Bulk orders and rose petal complaints
must be phoned in as well and returned upon arrival – no exceptions!
Refunds and Replacements are handled as follows: You call us within 24 hours of
arrival and let us know what the problem is. We reserve the right to contact recipients in the case of any delivery or quality dispute. If entire order is damaged and needs to be refunded or replaced then we simply request you send up a photo via email of the damaged order for proof of damage.
We will not be responsible for roses that were not cared for as per the included
instructions before issuing any remedy. We reserve the right to contact recipient
to inquire in any case of non-delivery or quality dispute. It is very important that someone be present to receive the delivery. In some cases the shipper will leave the delivery outside the destination but SendDozenRoses.com will not be responsible for loss or damage in this case! Our delivery carrier may elect not to leave an order at a location if in their sole discretion they choose not to do so even if the customer requests it. This is not cause for refund or replacement.
Special security measures for many buildings mandate that all deliveries be made to one central location despite any specific instructions you may or may not request. It is up to you to arrange internal distribution of your order. Internal distribution failure is not cause for replacement or refund. By ordering from SendDozenRoses.com you agree to this and our delivery/carrier bill will serve as proof of delivery should any dispute arise.
In very rare cases a specific color may not be available on your delivery day.
We will attempt to contact the sender as soon as we know of this before sending by phone and or email if time allows. If we cannot contact the sender on shipment day, a different color of similar price may be substituted. . We reserve the right to substitute colors of similar value when needed. This is not cause for refund or replacement.
Incorrect recipient address provided by the card holder found, corrected and delivered by
our carrier will be assessed $10.00 carrier correction fee. This charge will be added to
your credit card the week we receive notification from our carrier. Delay in delivery due to a bad address provided by you is not cause for refund or replacement.
Delivery delays due to weather conditions, act of God, terrorism or electrical failure, as
determined by our carrier is not cause for refund or replacement. By ordering from
SendDozenRoses.com you agree to this. Advance orders are respected as far as possible. However, Roses are subject to the will of God and man made pressures. We will not commit to any price more than one week in advance of any order. We usually bill your account upon ordering, (we may choose to only authorize transactions up to that time) but there is no implied price guarantee. We would of course notify you as far in advance as possible of any calamity that would affect your pricing.
Generally, we will not take orders more than 1 month in advance, and "rose/flower holidays" orders never more than 1 day in advance unless we run a special promotion.
*All Valentines Day and Mothers Day orders will be billed on the day we receive the order in order to ensure available stock. Teddy Bears, Vases, & Chocolates, and other accessories may not be ordered without roses!
